Hi there Ms Nancy - recently (as in the past 3 or 4 months) you wrote an article about people and their opinions on doctors...I can't seem to find it in the archives - could you point me in the right direction? Thank you!

Oh my, I can attest to the soundness of these words. As one who was wandering in the desert for a long time, I am daily amazed that God didn't leave me there. He came and got me and brought me back to Himself. I am humbled and walk very carefully now even though some think I'm silly about some things. But I know my temptations and I don't ever want to even turn toward that path again. And as I now watch a dear loved one wandering, it is heartbreaking, and at times I feel helpless. But I pray with the eye of faith, because my God didn't leave me there, and in His mercy may He go resuce them as well.

In the car today we were listening to Pastor Wilson's sermon from a few weeks back on Psalm 46 (A Mighty Fortress).... then I come home and I'm reading this.... I don't know what God is doing, this is one of those times I can't tell, I'm confused and yet as Pastor Wilson says I can use the language of the Psalms to cry out to God.

Whether it's for our own sins or for the sins of others we can cry out using the Psalms. I want to think that using the Psalms can help keep our eye on the story and not just the paragraph that is right in front of our face right now.
