I received the Christ Church cookbook, Hot Providence" for Christmas. I have planned most of my menus from there ever since. I enjoy the recipes, entertaining tips, and menus, but the thing I have benefited from the most are the articles on Sabbath celebration in different families. Mrs. Wilson, I enjoyed your articles in HP and the ones by your daughters and look forward to more to come on your blog. Thanks for taking the time to do this. You are an inspiration!

Mrs. Wilson, I am very glad you are starting a blog! It looks lovely, and I enjoy all the quotes and posts you have so far. I am especially interested to read your suggestions for reclaiming the Sabbath day as the best day of the week! Blessings,

I am very excited about your upcoming posts on Sabbath Feasting. We are very new to this in our family, but already are loving it. We too feast Saturday eve, in a more Jewish sun down to sun down sabbath. The weeks that I am on top of things (which as of now isn't as many as I would like) I prep food for Saturday dinner through Sunday dinner so I can have a real 24 hour rest period. It is very refreshing.

Glad to find your blog!

This idea has revolutionized our family. It makes a huge impact on our little ones as well. We have a three year old, an almost two year old and an eight month old; so it can be a challenge at times. But it brings a memory they will cherish and pass down to their little ones and an honor to a sacred day. Thank you for influencing our family with this idea (which I had never heard of, before hearing about your family). I look forward to many generations enjoying their joyful Sabbath feasts!
